Then, you call to make an appointment with the nutritionist and they tell you to keep a FOOD DIARY.
And, here’s the key people – WRITING EVERYTHING YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH DOWN ON PAPER MAKES YOU NOT WANT TO EAT A DAMN THING.
