"Very Busy Today"

As those of you who have met Bryan know, he is very personable. It spills over into work too – everyone here digs him. So much so that they camp out in his cubicle while he trying to work. Even his boss. He’s tried everything to drop the hint that he is working. He even has gone so far as to tell them to GET OUT. Nothing works.

Today, he hung a sign on his bulletin board that said, “Very busy today.”

Would you believe that shit worked? Rob walked in and started to chit-chat with him and then saw the sign and stopped mid-sentence, said, “oh, you’re busy” – and turned around and walked out.

I guess some people just need to see things in black and white.
