Fire up your iTunes

You have till Monday to go get the free download of the week: “You Give Me Something” by James Morrison. I had heard of this guy a few months ago, maybe on John Mayer’s blog… he’s made a splash in Britain, and I listened to a bunch of his stuff on MySpace and absolutely loved it. But seeing as you can’t download from the UK iTunes store I haven’t been able to get my hands on anything by the kid. (By the way – can someone explain that one to me please? Why can I see and preview all those British artists that I am certainly willing to buy but can’t actually put the coin in the slot?)

Then I pulled up iTunes today and noticed his cute little face in the “Free Download of the Week.” How nice! And I did some searching and it looks like his album is coming to the US next month. Even nicer.

Go check him out, and get your free song. As of March 13th, I’ll have all the rest of ’em too.
