The Beauty of Separation

Since Bryan and I work together, we have the luxury of seeing each other all day long. Which in turn, gives us the luxury of having time to pursue outside interests at night. I have my pottery class; he has his 3D class. This semester, he is taking an independent study that focuses on character animation and he has decided to create a short film that features Humpty Dumpty as a pimp. (I told you he was a little unhinged.)

But it amazes me how much work goes into just making little Humpty walk. Every nuance is a battle. The QuickTime movie below is the result of about 40 hours of work. And he is obviously still very unfinished. But 40 hours of work basically just so Bryan could make Humpty float up and down while he sings “I Believe I Can Fly.” Oh yes, my husband seriously is the funniest person I know.
