Looky! The Golden Gate Bridge!

For those of you who live in the Bay area, this may not be as exciting to you as it is to me, but my hubs just emailed this photo from his phone. Of him riding a bike. Across the Golden Gate Bridge. How cool is that? Technology rocks. But even cooler, he and our coworker are renting bikes to zip around San Francisco instead of wasting gas and emissions and all that yucky environmentally bad stuff. So, Bryan rocks too!

WOW. I guess I didn’t realize phones could produce such good-quality pics. (Can you believe I have a cell phone that doesn’t have that photo-taking capabilities??)

And somehow this just reminded me of my need to give a gas-saving update over at my blog.

Love the biking thing too. Brave given how hilly it is in San Fran. too.

wow – kudos to him! we were just there a few weeks ago and were rather appalled that people wanted to walk or bike across that … okay, we don’t get out much, but still!

Tell me he did not take that photo while riding the bike? If so, his skills are mad . . . mad I tell you!

And kudos to them (the company) for being smart about the bikes!

I was truly taking pictures while riding across the bridge. One hand steering, one hand taking pictures, one hand clapping.

It’s not a tough ride. I recommend it to everyone. Just watch out for the REAL bikers with jerseys and all the matching gear.
