MC Lars at Bluebird Theater

The fun thing about MC Lars (aka Andrew Nielsen) is that he’s a true mashup artist. There are rap, hip-hop, post-punk, laptop and voice driven songs with lots of nerdy references to popular culture. At his concerts, he continually thanks fans for coming, and loves performing, which in turn makes him a blast to watch. MC Lars seems like he just wants to party at shows, but he is a Stanford graduate (really) who uses his English degree to play with words on stage.

His recent appearance in Denver was proof of all of the above. MC Lars latest music release is called The Zombie Dinosaur LP and is available on all formats.
