Andy Frasco & The UN at Bluebird Theater on 420

I first discovered what a powerhouse performer Andy Frasco is during the Grandoozy festival. Imagine all that insanity and more when Andy Frasco & The U.N. played Denver again at the Bluebird Theater on Colorado’s favorite holiday, 420. (I am actually shocked I got any photos at all through the haze.)

Andy’s new album, Change of Pace, is really great, and he was sure to play several songs from that as well as keep the crowd happy with all their favorites. I knew the show would be fun, but the fact is, these guys are serious musicians. Sure, seriously fun musicians, but they all definitely play the shit out of their instruments. While jumping around and talking and waving and having a blast with the crowd.

Some bands might need that 420 boost for the good vibes, but not so for these guys. They bring the good vibes all on their own.
