The festival will be held June 29th in Golden Triangle, with local bands all day leading up to national headliners into the night. On the main stages, we’ll see CHVRCHES, Jai Wolf, Jauz, Bishop Briggs, Crooked Colours, LovelyTheBand, The Knocks, The Wrecks, Shaed and Denver’s own Slow Caves.

Westword Music Showcase FAQ’s

Q: Can I use my ticket to get into the venues?
A: No. You will need to go to the main festival area to exchange your ticket for a festival wristband.

Q: What time does the box office open?
A: The box office opens at 11 a.m. on June 29. You will be able to exchange your ticket for a festival wristband at that time.

Q: Will prices increase the day of the event?
A: Yes.

Q: If I leave the main festival area, will I be able to get back in?
A: Yes, you will be allowed back in with your wristband.

Q: When do gates open, and when does the music start?
A: Gates open at noon on Saturday, June 29. Music will begin at the venues at noon.

Q: Which stages are all-ages, and which are 21+?
A: The main outdoor stage is an all-ages venue. All other venues are 21+.

Q: Can I bring my child/children to the outdoor stage?
A: Yes, to the main stages only. However, please note that this is a loud outdoor music festival. Children 2 and under get in free.

Q: What is included with each GA ticket purchase?
A: All GA tickets include entrance to all of the venues and stages at Music Showcase. Please note that only the main outdoor stage is all-ages, all other venues are strictly 21+.

Q: What is included with each VIP ticket purchase?
A: A VIP ticket gets you access to all of the participating venues, including two outdoor stages, as well as the merchandise village, plus entry into exclusive VIP areas, which feature VIP bathrooms and viewing areas, and two complimentary beverages. MUST BE 21+ FOR THE VIP EXPERIENCE.

Q: Will there be food at Music Showcase?
A: Yes. Food, water and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Q: Do you offer refunds for WMS?
A: No.

Q: Is this a rain or shine event?
A: Yes, this event will go on rain or shine.

Q: How many local bands will be playing?
A: More than 75+ local bands will perform at this year’s Showcase.

Q: Where will I be able to park my car?
A: We strongly encourage rideshare! There will be minimal street parking. Paid parking lots include Denver Art Museum (100 W 14th Ave Pkwy, Denver, CO 80204) and History CO Museum (1200 N Broadway, Denver, CO 80203).

Q: Where are the Box Office and Will Call?
A. The main Box Office and Will Call lines will be on 11th Avenue between Bannock and Acoma streets.

Q: How do I pay for concessions and tickets day of show?
A: Cash only. ATMs will be available inside.
