The band Dreamers - Denver Concert Photos

Dreamers at Summit Denver

I have seen the band Dreamers many times, and they never disappoint. Our indie station, Channel 93.3, has given the band lots of airplay here in Denver, so the crowd was pumped to see the guys again. The band is now essentially a duo made up of Nick Wold and Marc Nelson after the departure of drummer Jacob Lee Wick earlier this year. But their new backing band (and dancers) filled the Summit with Dreamers’ fun brand of indie joy.

The band’s latest single (with Sueco), “Robbery,” was met with applause and fans who already knew the lyrics. The song is on All Hallows Dream, their new album that includes songs that have been dropped for us over the past year or so, like “Die Happy,” “Painkiller,” and “Black Confetti” – you know the crowd went berserk for those tracks.

What is next for Dreamers? They will co-headline the Cameras & Coastlines tour with Smallpools in November. Hopefully, they’ll be back to see us very soon.
