The crazy sexy cool Sizzle just offered up proof of her past long hair and we discovered our long tresses crossed paths. Mine was from late college till about the mid-90s. I also had another brief flirtation with it in the early oughts, but have since realized my hair is just too thin for such things.
But Sizzle made me promise to show my proof too. So here goes.

I’ve only gone short recently. It still seems weird.
These old pictures makes me want to go through the box and find some old ones of mine.
I used to have long blonde hair. (Feathered of course).
I have to say, those photos aren’t the most flattering of Bryan’s hair. Really, it was awesome except for the shaved sides. The silky curly kind that girls drool over.
Oh, and the other person people said he looked like was Eddie Vedder.

I’ve had everything from shaved down to the skin to the Mr. T to the way it’s grown out now.

Ack! Those jeans, I used to have the same kind with the stone wash or acid wash, I forget what it’s called.
Back in the day, I used to want mile high bangs but it took about half a can of Aqua Net to do. I would not be surprised if all that Aqua Net takes 10 years off my life.

Michael Hutchence! Now were talkin’! Except for the whole gruesome and embarrassing death thing, we are often compared, and quite favorably. We actually went to different high schools together. Not too many people know that, so keep it on the DL. Thanks.

My hair was very short when Ted and I started dating. His was long. Our daughter used to say (when she was very young) that back then, I was the boy, and he was the girl. 😉
oh I’ve done it all. white, green, red, orange, purple, shaved bald, shaved with no comb, mowhawk, dreds, black & white dreads, bob, extreme bobs with the shaved hairline way up the back dropping down to long tendrils at the front, long almost down to my waist. this is all within the last 15 years. hair is fun, I’ve had a lot of fun with mine.
And Byran has very nice hair, no wonder he wanted it long.
I had very long straight hair back then. I fought the whole layered/feathered hair look… I go back and forth with wanting longer hair and shorter hair. Currently, want shorter. But think it would be fun if it was longer. Sigh.
Well, in 1993 Bryan and Michael Hutchence were never seen together… hmmmmmm.

yeah..my hair kind of looks exactly the same as it did when i was 5. i’ve always had straight hair. and it’s always been medium to long length.
although i did get a perm in 6th grade. YIKES!
1) Yes, I am actually this far behind in my reader reading.
2) I think Bryan and Gabe had all of the same haircuts – assuming Bryan also once had a purple mohawk.
