idobi Summer School Music Festival in Denver

The idobi Summer School music festival has built a reputation over the past decade as one of those events that feels half like a party and half like a family reunion. What started as a scrappy gathering of indie and rock acts has grown into a bona fide summer tradition, with fans circling the dates on their calendars as soon as they’re announced. Its ethos has always been about blending genres, giving fresh talent a stage alongside more established names, and keeping the energy playful rather than overly polished.

By the time the 2025 edition rolled into Denver, anticipation was buzzing. The lineup was incredible: Taylor Acorn, Charlotte Sands, Rain City Drive, Arrows In Action, Beauty School Dropout, If Not For Me and Huddy. (I apologize, I just missed photographing Huddy!) Each act seemed to feed off the energy of the last, building toward a finale with Taylor that had the whole room bouncing in unison. Huge gallery of photos below to prove it! For a festival that prides itself on being more than just another tour stop, 2025 proved that Summer School is now firmly part of Denver’s live music DNA.
