Yoke Lore Releases New Music Video For “Hallucinate”

Los Angeles based indie pop project Yoke Lore, the solo musical venture of Adrian Galvin, has released the accompanying music video to his latest single, “Hallucinate,” off of his upcoming debut full-length album Toward A Never Ending New Beginning. The album will be out everywhere via Yell House Records on September 22nd. In addition, his North American headlining Holy Havoc tour kicks off tomorrow at Union Transfer in Philadelphia, PA.

Directed by Matt van den Meiracker and Jakob Wandel, the music video shows an increasingly distressed Yoke Lore attempting to cope with the convoluted emotions of falling in love with his partner. The more he reflects, the more disorienting his thoughts become, represented by mirrored and delayed visual effects. His anguish and raw emotions are palpable not only through the song’s lyrics, but through the pandemonium of the video as well. Listeners are invited to embark on the emotional journey alongside Yoke Lore and to confront the often-indescribable complexities that come with opening up to someone.
