What brought about this about-face? Well, in a nutshell… I want to talk to you all. I have been thinking about it for a long time and I am ready to chat. In the beginning this blog was all about documenting our lives and exploring my feelings… but how about we explore your feelings, too?
In the past year, I have also been trying to get my bearings as a blogger – what do I really want to do with this thing? I am still fairly unsure. Many days I feel like the less funny and less talented Dooce. I mean, I am a sarcastic, kinda funny potty-mouth who takes pictures and antidepressants while building web sites and doing graphic design. Sound familiar? Even the name of my blog is a weird made-up word (which I have been considering changing too… but let’s explore this whole comments thing first before we turn my world upside down any further).
Maybe it doesn’t matter where I fit in and that’s the whole point.
Let’s have a conversation, shall we?
