Blue’s House

Declan drew Blue’s house from memory today – with just a little prompting from us, of course.

Also, he has this new habit of spelling out words that he knows as he speaks, such as Lily. For example, “L-I-L-Y is coming over for dinner tonight!” I am sure this habit comes from Bryan and I drowning in the sea of avoiding curse words, such as “That lady was such a B-I-T-C-H!”

Luckily, Declan has not picked up on the spelling of those words yet, and concentrates on his friends and the cartoon characters he adores, such as Blue. I had to chuckle when he asked today, “How do you spell B-L-U-E?”

Um, B-L-U-E.
