Blake Rose concert Denver at Globe Hall - concert photos & review

Blake Rose at Globe Hall Denver

Recently I caught Australian singer Blake Rose in concert at Globe Hall Denver and it’s another one that I know I will never see at such a small venue ever again. While Blake may be young, he has already amassed a great following here in the states, and every one of them was there – singing along with every song. And what a voice the guy has! Wow. I felt like I was watching the next Noah Kahan or Benson Boone – I am not joking when I say watch out for him next time he is on tour.

Blake also has a great sense of humor. He tripped while jumping onto the front speakers and nearly face planted on a fan. After checking to make sure she was OK, he couldn’t get up for a minute because he was laughing so hard. Later, he said he really hoped someone got video of that spectacular spill. I love nothing more than someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

Blake definitely takes his music seriously, though. From 2020’s break out single “Lost” to this year’s EP Suddenly Okay, there is a lot of emotion and sensitivity. He brought all that with tons of charm and musical prowess to us in Denver. I am looking forward to the next visit, whatever venue we may end up in.

Keep in touch with Blake on his site.
