Hula-va Good Time

Friday night we wrangled a babysitter and met Jeff and Danielle at the opening for a gallery show of art made by people at Jeff’s work (yeah, try to say that three times fast). Jeff was kind enough to loosely call me an employee and include some of my nature photographs in the event. It was my first show since college, which was really cool. So what if it was really only the people from Jeff’s work who showed up to see it? – it was still fun.

Even more fun was dinner at Red Square with Jeff and Danielle after the opening. Our waiter took a shine to us and recommended some excellent vodka – which in turn, provided us with some excellent goofiness (as documented in my post below).

And, of course – no evening is complete without a huge cow dressed up as a hula dancer.
