We made Aunt Heidi’s famous shrimp salad last night and it was DELISH. I am sure she won’t mind if I share the recipe with you.
2 pounds cooked and peeled shrimp
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped up*
4 celery stalks, chopped up*
1/2 small yellow onion, chopped up*
1-sh teaspoon celery seed*
2-ish tablespoons Old Bay seasoning*
3/4-ish cup mayo*
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and dig in.
Yay! Simple enough for even Aimee & Bryan to make!
(*or to your taste & texture preferences… really… the only constant is the shrimp!)
