10 Best Cities to Visit in Germany
Seeing as I am first-generation American from Germany, there are a lot of cities I have visited in Germany – and I lot I have not. Below is a list that I’ve compiled, mostly of my favorite places to visit and a few bucket-list cities as well. Visiting Germany is a blast because of its rich history and stunning castles. Yet, the vibrant cities like Berlin and Munich are filled with lively markets, cool street art, and quirky cafes. You can savor delicious bratwurst and pretzels, along with some of the best beer in the world. Germany’s efficient public transport makes it easy to hop from one charming town to another. Festivals like Oktoberfest offer a chance to experience German culture at its most festive. The country’s museums and galleries showcase incredible art and history. Plus, the friendly locals (say hi to my cousins!) are always ready to share their love for their homeland with visitors. Let me know if you have other faves to add to my list!
