Teresa Suydam Announces Full Length Album, Lost Bird

Denver Pop artist Teresa Suydam is excited to announce the release of their first full length album, Lost Bird, a vibrant exploration of healing from generational trauma and discovering identity within self and heritage. Dropping November 29th, 2024, this album blends pop, cinematic flair, and cultural rhythms, reflecting Teresa’s Native and Filipino roots. The project also features voice memos woven throughout, offering candid glimpses into daily life and the creative process. Lost Bird is more than an album—it’s a healing journey wrapped in catchy hooks and storytelling magic. A labor of love, with life happening throughout its creation and even influencing the final outcome. Since debuting as “Teresa Suydam” in 2020, Suydam has steadily risen, pushing the boundaries of pop music. This album is their most personal work yet, filled with stories that are both relatable and transformative.

“This album is my heart in healing form,” says Suydam. “It’s about breaking free, healing old wounds, and discovering who I am through the lens of my culture and heritage, all expressed in a digestible pop form. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”
