A new addition to the family…
No. Not that kind. We took care of that with the good ‘ole snip snip a few years ago.
I am taking about the massive acne that is sprouting up again all over my face, neck and back since starting the Night Terror meds. I’ve had it under control for years now, I see a dermatologist regularly. I get off and on antibiotics, and I have doing pretty well with just keeping my face clean and adding a little Retin-A when things get bad.
But, dude. Something about this med combination is not agreeing with my face and it shows. Especially around period time.
Over lunch, I said to Bryan, “I’d like to introduce you to this zit on my neck. He is so large I feel like I need to name him. Bryan, meet Fred.”
Bryan: “Hi Fred. Welcome to the family.”
Aimee: “I am serious. I think we may even need to include him in the will.”
Bryan: “So you can leave him your stash of Retin- A?”
I am back on the antibiotics and have an appointment with the dermatologist next week.

When Danny and I were first dating, we went on a spur of the moment road trip to san francisco. It was me, Danny and Nigel the Nodule. yes, he had zit SO big right on his cheek, we named it. We fondly remember this trip, and ol’ Nigel.
