Dangerous… Very Dangerous…

We tried a new restaurant this evening, one that just opened near our house. It’s called Lime and they have a bigger version downtown, so they call the one near us “Lime XS.”

All I can say is… Yum. Everything from the flaky chips and not-too-spicy salsa, to the mexican eggrolls with rice and spinach and beans, to my main meal (a corn tamale, a cheese stuffed chili pepper and a enchilada with mild green sauce)… all beyond excellent. And not too expensive either.

I may have to get one of those Men In Black memory erasers to wipe out the delicious cravings I am bound to have every time I drive past the place. Otherwise I am gonna gain weight like a water buffalo.
