Flogging Molly & The Bronx at Mission Ballroom

Flogging Molly is an Irish-American Celtic punk band formed in Los Angeles in 1997. The band is known for its energetic and passionate live performances, blending traditional Irish folk music with punk rock. The group was founded by Dave King, who serves as the lead vocalist and plays acoustic guitar. Flogging Molly’s dedicated fan base, known as the “Flogging Molly family,” continues to grow, making them a staple in the punk music scene.

Formed in 2002, The Bronx consists of vocalist Matt Caughthran, guitarist Joby J. Ford, bassist Brad Magers, and drummer Jorma Vik. The Bronx often infuses elements of hardcore punk, post-hardcore, and rock ‘n’ roll into their music, creating an intense sound.

Both bands roared into Denver’s Mission Ballroom for a sold-out show and kept the crowd dancing all night. We were also celebrating my husband Bryan’s birthday – so a ton of our personal friends were at the show too. Talk about a fun time!
