Win Concert Tickets To See Culture Club in Denver!
It seems that every band that I loved from the 80’s has got back together and is touring. Culture Club has always been on rotation, and not just their biggest hits. Boy George has one of those voices I could listen to forever and I can’t wait to photograph them at Chatfield on July 20th. And when I mentioned this on Facebook a ton of people got really excited about these guys coming to town!
The good news is that Denver Botanic Gardens shares our love of Culture Club!

I can’t believe they are touring again.
My husband and his father, the two biggest sticks in the mud that I know would totally rock their socks at a culture club concert! The photographic evidence of such an event would be priceless!

I still totally love “Church of the Poison Mind” — my piano teacher would buy us a 45 rpm record if we successfully memorized a song, and that was one of the first records I earned. I also dig “I’ll Tumble 4 Ya”.

Hot-diggity-dog!!! I love me some CC! They were the first album I ever had, besides the Wizard of Oz and Annie soundtracks. I actually won the album from a local radio station when I was just a youngin. Great memories, and the band looks great!!!
I want to see Culture Club because Boy George has the best part of the entire song from the original BandAid Do They Know Its Christmastime song and I love that Culture Club was a part of it. So, I suppose that makes that my favorite song, but I would also have to go with Do You Really Want to Hurt Me.
