Asthma Update

Declan’s asthma was put to the test last week when he got a cold… and we upped the breathing treatments per the doc’s instructions and he weathered it just fine. I am thrilled with the Pulmacort. He is now at the end of the cold after about a week, where in the past, any cold lingered on for 3 weeks minimum and usually put us in the ER or urgent care because of the scary wheezing. So, I think the allergist is right on to have him on a daily treatment.

The rest of the cold season doesn’t seem as scary now.
