Best Denver Concert Photos 2018

It’s been another great year for me photographing concerts here in Denver. Selecting photos for this post is always a joy, but so difficult. There were a plethora of fantastic shows in 2018, but I have to say it definitely was the year for me to photograph bands from my youth that I never thought I would be able to – like Simple Minds, Paul Young, O.M.D., and many more.

I usually focus on indie rock, but I also enjoyed branching out at festivals like Grandoozy (on hiatus for 2019), Velorama (shifting solely to a women’s bike race this year), and the Westword Music Showcase (returning for their 25th anniversary on June 29th). And, of course, I am forever thankful for all the talented local bands who I am lucky to call friends.
