Nothing But Thieves and July Talk: Photos from the Marquis

The self-titled debut album by Nothing But Thieves was one of my favorite albums of 2015. Since it’s release, I have been lucky enough to see the band twice, and took photos the second time. They have a gritty live show, with the rest of the band rocking out behind lead singer Conor Mason’s plaintive voice. Here in Denver, “Trip Switch” was in heavy rotation, but the rest of the album is equally as good, so be sure to check it out.

Opener July Talk are incredibly raw and a blast to watch. They were all over the stage, each other, and sometimes – the crowd. Their newest album Touch is stellar, and I hope they return to Denver soon.
