Maggie Rogers concert photos & review - Denver Red Rocks 2024

Maggie Rogers at Red Rocks

If you haven’t yet been swept away by the captivating melodies of Maggie Rogers, it’s high time you joined the fan club. Maggie’s journey to stardom is as enchanting as her music, beginning in the cozy dorm rooms of NYU’s Clive Davis Institute. There, she created the viral hit “Alaska,” which famously left Pharrell Williams practically speechless during a masterclass. This moment wasn’t just a career-launcher; it was a testament to her raw, unique talent and the emotional depth she brings to her music. (Personally, I was also stoked to see that she is a former Maryland girl like myself.) Maggie’s sound is an eclectic blend of folk, dance, and soul, a concoction she perfected during her college years and brought to the world with her debut album, Heard It In A Past Life.

Fast forward to her latest concert tour, and it’s clear that Maggie Rogers is a force to be reckoned with. Her live show at Red Rocks recently was incredible. Picture this: sold-out amphitheater buzzing with anticipation, the lights dim, and Maggie steps on stage in silhouette. Then she proceeds to dance and sing on pretty much every inch of the place. With her infectious energy and genuine connection to the audience, she transforms the space into an intimate gathering despite the huge crowd size.

Maggie’s interactions with the audience felt heartfelt and spontaneous. She shared personal anecdotes, cracks jokes, and definitely took time to appreciate being at Red Rocks – something that we all feel when we are there.

As Maggie continues to tour in Europe this year, her star only shines brighter. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to her music, attending a Maggie Rogers concert is an experience that stays with you. Can’t wait for the next time she is back in Denver!
