More birthday fun…

Declan went to a birthday party for his friend Kinya today. She turns 5 on Monday (Happy birthday Kinya!) Per usual, it was Declan and all his girlfriends (as in, friends that are girls). Declan was content to kick a soccer ball back and forth with me and Lily’s dad, Cap, while the girls ran around like screaming banshees. I got them to stand still for 1 whole minute while I snapped the photo below… Of course, Declan wanted no part of it until Lily grabbed him by the neck and yanked him into the frame. Cap and I chuckled, and Cap said very seriously to Declan, “Get used to it, buddy.”
