Babble’s Top Twitter Moms 2011
Yesterday, I was groggily waking up in my bunk at Camp Shutter Sisters and my phone started going off. Buzz. Buzz. Buzz buzz buzzity BUZZZZZZZ.
I was worried my mom was in trouble – she was back in to hospital again. I was also concerned there was trouble at home – Bryan is hanging on by a thread this week with a million things pulling him in a million directions.
But nope.
Babble has included me in their Top 50 Twitter Moms for 2011.
As much as I really do believe lists can pigeon-hole people, making some only think of you in one way… not to mention making others feel left out – of course it does feel good to be recognized for your hard work.
Apparently, in my case, Babble is recognizing me for being nice – which means THEY DON’T KNOW ME AT ALL.
But seriously, thank you Babble. I’m happy to be on this year’s list, with all those other fantastic women.
However, below are some of *MY* lists. My twitter lists on some of my favorite topics, where you might connect with new people in new ways. Because that is what Twitter has been for me.
An open door to new friendships.
Moms
Dads
Happy Spirits
Funny People
Photographers
Tech
Designers & Artists
Congrats Aimee!!! – m
Ooh, a top ten person has me on *two* of their twitter lists! Surely that means something, right?
I’m going to spend the rest of the day feeling smug and important.

Congrats to you Aim !! Was there ever a doubt this would happen ???
Congrats. And well deserved. Seriously.
