Snow Paws!

As you may have noticed from my previous post, we are having a BLIZZARD here in Colorado today!

But more importantly, Oma let Declan open one of his Christmas presents early for the occasion – SNOW PAWS!…which are kids snow shoes that strap on, in the shape of bear feet. They are awesome! He is having a blast in the snow – his school was closed as of 6 am this morning and we closed the office too. We have about 10 inches so far and we are supposed to get 20″ by the time it’s over (in Denver metro, more in the mountains!). I ran to the grocery store early this morning (with the rest of the Denver) and stocked up on supplies… so we’re all set for a long winters night. Just cross finders that the power stays on.
