Tree, check!

We are so ahead of the game with the Christmas decorating thing! If only the same were true for the holiday shopping I have yet to do. But, Bryan got the lights up last weekend and this weekend we got the tree up. Sweet. We decided to do it in the basement this year and I am loving it. So cozy.

We ended up using an artificial tree this year for the 1st time ever.

I KNOW.

That is one of the 7 signs of the Apocalypse, but here is the thing. I am sick of needles all over the house, they are freaking expensive, we can’t keep a tree healthy and alive in this dry climate and we got the damn thing for free from the office (new space won’t accomodate big tree).

Bryan is still grumbling about it a bit… but at least it looks nice and IT IS DONE.
